Another year has come and gone and it’s time to close the book on the year 2021 and to embark on a journey towards a fresh start with the year 2022! So much has happened to us these past 12 months—some good, others bad—but take a look at where we are now. We’re here. We’ve made it! There’s nothing else for us to do than be proud of how far we’ve come.
Prior to the pandemic, I looked forward to the end of the year to reflect on the things that have happened and to plan for the future. I had so many dreams I wanted to come true and I always spent my December days manifesting positivity and fortune for the year to come.
Then, the health crisis hit, and our lives went completely on standstill. For the past two years, I couldn’t bring myself to plan, to dream, to hope, to work. But what this hardship has taught me is that no suffering lasts forever. True enough, the world is slowly beginning its recovery period and so am I.
Because of this, I was inspired to recreate the mental wellness journal I shared back in 2020 with tons more journaling prompts and a much better look.

I am sharing this now with you all in the hopes that you find clarity, mindfulness, and peace before 2022 begins.
